Rules for returning goods
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour on your monitor will be completely accurate.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with products purchased on our website, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. If you are a customer based in the EU, you also have the right to cancel your order with us under the Distance Selling Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (DSRs).
All goods are checked for quality and for any defects before being dispatched to customers. If you receive goods that are not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Please send all items from your order that you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs are at your expense and will not be reimbursed.
To return an item, please contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line with your return request. Our team will process your request within 5 working days and send you a proforma invoice for the return.
Upon receipt of the return proforma invoice, please pack the goods carefully.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit.
Goods should be returned complete and unused, in their original packaging.
Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the Goods and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
You will need to contact the courier to arrange a return and schedule a pick-up of your package. The returned package must be sent to the address of origin listed below.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Refunds can only be made to your credit card or bank account number provided.
Cancellation of order according to distance selling regulations
If you are based in the EU, under the Distance Selling Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (DSRs) you have the right to cancel your order if you notify us in writing within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt.
You must notify Customer Services in writing of your wish to cancel your entire order under the DSRs within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Either email us at email@example.com or write to us at:

We recommend that you insure the returned parcel as you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods and are responsible for any damage until we receive them in our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure and traceable method to return your order and that you keep proof of dispatch in case of a dispute.
Please note that you must pay the return shipping costs. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country to which the order was delivered. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to collect it at your expense.
Please note that you can only exercise your right to cancel your order under the DSR if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 14 working days of receipt of your order as described above.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment from our warehouse and after verification that all conditions have been met.
The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or bank account you provide and will include shipping costs only for defective merchandise or orders cancelled under DSR.
If your order was shipped to a destination within the EU, any sales tax (VAT) will be refunded. Outside of the EU, duties and sales taxes are not refunded by us. However, you may be able to recover them by contacting your local customs office directly.
Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank, depending on processing time. This can vary considerably between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to control it.
