Shipping Methods
For prompt and secure global deliveries, we have chosen Zásilkovna and DPD as our preferred shipping partners. Once your order is in transit, you will receive a shipping notification via email If you encounter any issues tracking your order, please reach out to us at katerinablaskova.design@gmail.com. We process and dispatch orders from www.katerinablaskova.com on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and/or shipped on the following business day.
Free Shipping
Occasionally, we introduce free shipping promotions. To receive notifications about these promotions via email, subscribe to our updates. It's important to note that free shipping benefits will be applied during the checkout process.
If you find it necessary to return an item obtained during a free shipping promotion, please be aware that we won't reimburse the initial outbound shipping costs (as they were complimentary), and the standard return shipping fee will be applicable.
Delivery Information
We aim to send your order out within 3-5 working days upon payment receipt unless otherwise stated. In specific instances, like pre-order customizations, the timeframe may be extended. Any such changes will be communicated via email.
Personal Pickup Option
Customers can personally collect their orders at Václavská 6, Brno (workshop), or Husova 13, Théo studio (showroom), strictly by prior arrangement.
There is no additional fee for picking up goods at the showroom.
